项目摘要
ABSTRACT
This application is being submitted to request the addition of an Affiliated Organization(s) to the Early
Therapeutics Clinical Trial Network (ETCTN) UM1 Lead Academic Organization.
The Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (CFCCC) of the University of California, Irvine (UCI) has
demonstrated to be a well performing site in the Create Access to Targeted Cancer Therapy for Underserved
Populations (CATCH-UP) program, enrolling a total of 34 patients with nearly half (48%) coming from diverse
patient populations (e.g. Latino, Asian and underserved areas). With the success of CFCCC’s participation in
CATCH-UP, CFCCC will be integrated into the Pittsburgh Cancer Consortium (PCC), providing access for their
patients to all ETCTN trials.
The PCC will integrate CFCCC by providing regulatory support, data coordination and reporting of adverse
events and outcomes on the studies led by UCI investigators. In addition, the PCC will support CFCCC through
development of concepts and leadership in ETCTN trials. Conversely, CFCCC will use their experience and
success in the CATCH-UP program to deploy best practices in underserved patient accrual in the PCC.

为了迎头赶上,CFCCC将被整合到匹兹堡癌症联盟(PCC),为他们的
患者参加所有ETCTN试验。
委员会将通过提供监管支持、数据协调和不良事件报告来整合CFCCC
