Treatment of nasal congestion with topical phenylephrine will improve short-term respiratory status in infants with bronchiolitis. To measure respiratory scores, oxygen saturations on room air and the amount of supplemntal oxygen required to keep saturations at >90% before and after administration of nasual phenylephrine in infants hospitalized for bronchiolitis.
