This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The major goal of this proposal is to test the hypothesis that Crosstalk in Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CTL) response against human thioacetamide acid (TAA) induced by Dendritic Cells (DC)-based stimulation is subject to regulation by DC-Th cross-talks. A better understanding of the rules of the engagement of DC-Th cross-talks that govern the generation and the control of anti-TAA CTL response will have a major impact in DC-based vaccine design.
