FULL TITLE: Measurements of anisotropy of fluorescence excitation spectrum (R) of xanthorhodopsin The goal of these measurements was to obtain the excitation anisotropyspectrum using PC-2 fluorometer of LFD and compare it to one obtain earlier on Aminco/SLM/Olis fluorometer available in the Department in order to exclude systematic errors and evaluate advantages of the photon counting feature of PC-2 for the future work.
