This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. Hypothyroid women planning to become pregnant are eligible to participate in a study to evaluate thyroid hormone supplementation before and during pregnancy. There will be three visits: one screening visit to assess eligibility and two day long visits (one prior to pregnancy and one during pregnancy) at Georgetown University Hospital. Compensation: $200 at the completion and follow-up of each of the day-long visits.
