This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The purpose of this study is to mark the transition from health to illness in participants who carry the Huntington's Disease gene and the rate at which illness develops. This is an important step in the process to develop a method for the design of clinical trials with investigational drugs aimed at slowing the onset of HD.
