This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The NRPP is committed to providing training in proteomics. These efforts include training of faculty, post-docs, graduate students, and undergraduates; maintaining a full software development and dissemination site for proteomics data; maintaining a news site and electronic newsletter for proteomics and mass spectrometry; development of tools for teaching proteomics and mass spectrometry; sponsoring workshops on data interpretation and participating in national workshops on proteomics; sponsoring a biannual workshop on open source proteomics.
