The purpose of this task order is to conduct the follow up data collection and analysis on the Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE), the legislatively-mandated evaluation of the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV). The MIHOPE evaluation will provide Federal and State policymakers, service providers and other interested parties with valuable information about the effectiveness of the MIECHV programs in improving outcomes for children and families. In September 2011, the Administration for Children and Families, in partnership with the Health Resources and Services Administration, awarded a contract to begin site and sample recruitment and baseline data collection of the MIHOPE study. The purpose of this contract is to continue the work of the study to collect and analyze follow up data on the MIHOPE participants.
