A Phase I trial of a human IgM monoclonal antibody (MAb216) that kills B lineage cells including acute B lymphoblastic leukemia, with or without complement. Trial will study safety, pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor acitivity of the antibody given as a single agent and with vincristine in adult patients with relapsed or refractory B lineage ALL.
