NIDDK Office of Fellow Recruitment and Career Development

NIDDK 研究员招募和职业发展办公室

基本信息

项目摘要

The Fellowship Office continues to carry out its broad portfolio of activities directed at improving the overall research experience of our Fellows. Through collective efforts with the Fellows Advisory Board, we carried out another successful year supporting our trainees in a variety of ways. This included workshops and brown bag seminars, providing opportunities for in-person networking. Since mid-March, the office has adapted to providing virtual services, including new trainee orientation and a virtual trainee poster day this summer with judging and awards as an alternate to our annual fellows' conference. This past year was also notable for the popular and widely attended Grant Writing Workshops, which continue in the virtual posture, and for the Nancy Nossal Fellowship Award cycles that continue to provide Fellows with real-world grant writing experience.
