Most of us have first-hand experience with temperamental wireless communications devices that don't meet our expectations. This project will deliver new technologies that enable lower costs, through more efficient use of radio spectrum. It will deliver more reliable and higher speed wireless broadband with better coverage, even to highly mobile users.
