REBALANCING THE LEVELS OF CCL17 AND CCL22 TO IMPROVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

类风湿关节炎是炎症性疾病中最严重的一种，会导致生活质量下降。本研究将探讨两种趋化因子CCL17和CCL22在关节炎发展中的表达和功能。使用关节炎小鼠模型和患者样本，我将提供新的理解，不仅是这些趋化因子是如何调节的，而且还有它们在介导效应功能中的作用。综合评价其作为治疗对象的适宜性。

Rheumatoid arthritis is the inflammatory disease's severest form, leading to poor quality of life. This study will investigate the expression and function of two chemokines, CCL17 and CCL22, in the development of arthritis. Using arthritis mouse models and patient samples, I will provide new understanding, not only of how these chemokines are regulated, but also of their role in mediating effector functions. I will comprehensively evaluate their suitability as treatment targets.
