This Fellowship will support one of Australia’s foremost leaders in the field of the Indigenous health research to undertake a major research program aimed at reducing inequity in health and health care. The main focus over the next five years will be on understanding and improving services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with cancer, in order to reduce the marked disparities in diagnosis, treatment and survival for Indigenous Australians.
