This is a request for an upgrade of the computing facilities of the "Groupe de Physique des Particules" (GPP) at the Université de Montréal. The present facilities are old and slow. With the startup of LHC and the expected increase in data from Picasso and BaBar, it is essential for the GPP to be equipped with a more performing system and modernize the existing facilities.
