All the listed businesses have a vested interest in ensuring that fraud behaviour is minimized within their client base. By minimizing any fraudulent insurance claims, for instance, the businesses will be able to maintain insurance premiums to minimal levels. With the aid of this grant covering travel costs, the only cost to the businesses involve their time to share their needs and the researcher sharing his own expertise that may be of benefit to the businesses. The researcher may also host the business representatives at the researcher's university site as part of the process of forging a research collaboration.
