My research centres on finding solutions in whole numbers to polynomial equations. This has broad applications in many fields, from cryptography to particle physics. The central tool of my investigations is Vojta's Conjectures. These are a set of sweeping conjectures about the nature of whole number solutions to polynomial equations, and how those solutions are distributed. My project will use the conjectures, explore their implications, and prove special cases of them.
