The equipment requested is a system for measuring forces and torques on objects studied in the wind tunnel of the laboratory of the Industrial Chair in Fluid-Structure Interactions (FSI) at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. The system is comprised of three six-axis force/torque sensors, a linear actuator, a data acquisition system with its dedicated computer, a custom-made multi-configurations support for the balance, and a rapid prototyping equipment to print test specimens as well as custom supports and masts.
