英文摘要
This proposal aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the recruitment industry. The major effort of such an industry is to find qualified candidates for job openings fulfilling organization's operation needs. Due to the globalization of economy, temporary and contract placement of professionals has become a trend in businesses such as entertainment, translation, and IT consultants and services. It is a fast growing business to place appropriate candidates to appropriate job openings in a limited time and under a limited cost. The success of this kind of recruitment industry hinges on two major issues: 1) the right matches between the employers and candidates; and 2) the efficiency to identify and finalize the right match.
