项目摘要
The requested equipment includes a server and a set of 20 workstations with 16GB/core of memory for shared use in the new research group on threaded parallel and distributed algorithms of Drs. Haarslev, Jaumard and Mudur. The server will be used by all the graduate students of the group, in order to develop and perform the development of large scale optimization parallel and distributed algorithms. The requested equipment will replace the various obsolete (6 to 10 years old) servers and desktops in the laboratories of the applicants.
