项目摘要
Nav Canada is Canada's air navigation service provider (ANSP), providing nearly all air traffic control and related services in Canada. Nav Canada, like many ANSPs across the world, is introducing new technologies to increase the capacity, efficiency, and reduce the environmental impact of the aviation system. However, these changes also change the training that controllers need to perform their jobs efficiently and safely. Controller training itself has seen increased use of simulation technology, however, the effectiveness of simulation training is highly dependent on the fidelity of simulation used and the traffic characteristics, or complexity, of the scenarios used in the simulation.
