英文摘要
iProgen has developed a series of cell permeable peptides capable of delivering large cargo biomolecules, to which they are fused, into human cells. iProgen is interested in applying this technology to deliver a variety of biologically relevant cargo molecules. iProgen Biotech and Dr. Keillor will collaborate on the design, synthesis and evaluation of a modular linking technology for attaching different biologically relevant cargo molecules to the cell permeable peptides. The development of such technology will expand the range of cargo that iProgen's technology can deliver, as well as accelerate the process of screening for both suitable drug cargoes and enhanced delivery agents. The successful validation of this modular conjugation technology will also result in the development of promising new therapeutics technology that will benefit human health.
