Title: Efficient statistical inference strategies and Bayesian analysis for constrained parameters and predictive densities We propose the development of new statistical techniques or the novel application of existing techniques to problems where additional information is available and where there exists the possibility of improved decision making. In particular, we focus on estimating histograms and potential applications to problems that have emerged recently in high energy physics.
