Organic semiconductor devices are a promising alternative to market-dominating silicon based devices for
inexpensive and light weight applications. There is strong demand in adequate simulation software that would
largely save time and cost of new product development. However, currently, no software presented on the
market would allow for accurate simulation of organic semiconductor solar cells. In this project, we will be
developing a physical model for one-dimensional software - simulator for organic semiconductor devices that
will be commercially available through Siborg Systems.
