The goal of the project is to identify psychophysiological indicators of entertainment in order to measure how the game features impact entertainment value during gaming. This will allow affecting players' behavior in a positive way, while simultaneously understanding and acting upon the need for responsible gambling behavior. In order to do so, we will develop a platform to enable evaluation of entertainment level of the players, as measured by means of various sensor inputs and provide player feedback. We will identify suitable indicators of the players' entertainment value and compare different interfaces and games that are likely to elicit different levels of entertainment. In each condition, we will measure the level of entertainment via the identified indicators and validate our indicators using questionnaires. In the second step of this project, we will develop a procedure to evaluate what kind of changes in the displays will provide positive impact for participants.
