项目摘要

Helical piles are an innovative deep foundation type being used for decades across Canada. They have various advantages over conventional smooth-shaft piles. They are installed as single piles or groups to resist loads in axial and lateral directions. In recent years, helical pile groups have been increasingly popular due to the increasing demand on deep foundation capacity.
