Custom Biologics is a global service provider for developing, validating and implementing cell-based, ligand-binding andbioanalytical pharmacokinetic bioassays to support the drug development testing requirements of biotherapeutics and smallmolecules. Our assay development and regulatory compliant assay validation services have supported drug developmentprograms of over 50 pharmaceutical companies world wide. The proposed project will focus on developing a procedure to scalecytokine and growth factor production to a GMP controlled environment to be commercially available. Custom Biologics will becollaborating with Professor Arrowsmith, the Chief Scientist of the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) at the University ofToronto.
