Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications, including financial, e-commerce and health care applications, play a critical role in our daily lives. Due to the large user base of such applications, their quality has a significant impact on our daily life and the success of the organizations that use these applications for their business operations. Dr. Zou's research program will provide techniques and tools to support evolution of SOA applications by ensuring the delivery of reliable services with enhanced user experiences. The research program will provide techniques to ensure the systems remain healthy and agile in response to the large user base and rapidly changing requirements.
