Environmental protection and smart management of the ever-growing amount of cyber *information poses new challenges to the current and inadequate single-service-per-cloud-per-tenant model. An integrated cloud framework is a promising solution that collocates and orchestrates various cloud-based services in the form of living ecosystems to improve overall efficiency. This Chair will address the issues of a sustainable smart eco-cloud which manages a converged infrastructure and hosts multiple applications involved in the delivery of sustainable services through competition and cooperation. Results will leverage knowledge advances in cloud and intensive data analytics using novel intelligent behaviour analysis, and energy-efficient and eco-friendly methods.
