Dr. Nadi creates ways to help developers reuse software libraries *and frameworks correctly and securely. She will develop techniques that *guide developers in correctly using a software library, with respect to their *specific task. This will be achieved through curating knowledge about *trade-offs (e.g., performance or security) between various libraries and *their different usages. This knowledge will be used to create various *recommender systems that help developers make more informed *decisions about software reuse. Such recommender systems will help *developers produce better quality software at a faster rate, which will *avoid the negative economic impact of software bugs and vulnerabilities.
