英文摘要
Graphs represent pairwise relationships between objects and appear in various guises across all branches of science and engineering: flow charts, molecule diagrams, entity-relationship models, communication networks, social networks, road networks, neural networks, and phylogenetic trees are just a few examples of graphs. This research program has two main goals: i) Study and understand the structure of graphs, or more precisely, the structure of various ubiquitous/important graph classes and use this structure to crack fundamental and often long standing open problems on graphs. ii) To understand and uncover fascinating connections between graphs, topology and geometry.
