The Centre for Sensors and System Integration (CSSI) provides industry, particularly small- andmedium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with prototyping, product enhancement, testing, and characterizationservices related to sensor and system integration. We also supply advanced testing services for materialscharacterization such as hardness, abrasion resistance and strength. These types of tests are ideal forevaluating next generation coatings for use on Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and pipes. We assistorganizations with development, funding and general guidance to make their product development initiativesmore successful. CSSI is industry focused, collaborative, and complementary to the applied research andtechnology development services provided by other members of Alberta's innovation network.
