英文摘要
This ARD proposal aims at validating the efficiency of new proprietary drug formulations for the treatment of skin cancers. In this research project, a preclinical model will be used and validated to demonstrate the efficacy of the formulation as well as its superiority compared to non-formulated treatment. This project will strongly support the supporting partner by addressing technical questions in the context of skin-applied treatments that will enhance significantly their portfolio to support their economic growth and target markets. Moreover, these formulations may provide significant improvement for patients having basal cell carcinoma or the genetic syndrome termed Gorlin Syndrome where recurrent tumoral lesions are occurring leading to problematic need for serial surgery or systemic treatment with adverse effects.
