功能性消化不良（FD）上腹痛综合征（EPS）是临床常见病、多发病。针灸治疗EPS疗效确切，但中枢机制有待深入。近年来，胃肠神经记忆学说认为，疼痛记忆的持续存在是EPS症状反复发作的重要病机。我们前期的研究也证实，疼痛-记忆网络的功能和结构异常是EPS中枢病理变化的重要特征。因此，本项目基于前期研究基础，整合神经影像学、脑连接组学、认知心理学和针灸学多学科技术，以针灸临床优势病种- - EPS为研究对象，以大脑疼痛-记忆网络为研究重点，融合经典的功能磁共振技术和疼痛共情认知任务，围绕"针刺对EPS的治疗效应与调节大脑疼痛-记忆网络功能，影响记忆的检索和提取，淡化疼痛记忆有关"这一研究假说，采用先进的"小世界"网络分析方法，并结合自传体记忆提取特征分析、临床疗效评价等，深入探讨针刺治疗EPS的中枢机制，为针灸治疗功能性胃肠病的临床运用提供科学的可视化依据，也为针刺镇痛效应机制研究提供新的思路。

Epigastric pain syndrome (EPS), a main subtype of functional dyspepsia (FD), is commonly seen in clinic. Acupuncture is effective for EPS. However, its central mechanism is uncertain. Recent research found that the persistence of noxious memory in gastrointestinal tract is an important cause for the repeated attack of dyspepsia symptoms. Our previous study demonstrated that the cerebral structural and functional abnormalities played an important role in the central pathogensis of EPS. Based on our previous findings, we integrate the techniques and methods of neuroimaging, human connectome, cognitive psychology and acupuncture, and select EPS patient as participant and the cerebral pain-memory network as key region, and combine functional magnetic resonance image (fMRI) and empathy for pain task, and center on the hypothesis that the central mechanism of acupuncture treating for EPS relates to regulate the function of pain-memory network, influence the search and extraction so as to fade the pain memory, and perform the small world analysis method, efficacy assessment and autobiographical memory extraction analysis to explore the central mechanism of acupuncture treating for EPS, so as to provide new evidence for the application of acupuncture for functional gastrointestinal disorders and new approach of acupuncture analgesia study.
