唐卡作为一种活态文化和重要的非物质文化遗产,是研究藏族历史、民族、宗教和艺术的重要资料,堪称藏族的百科全书。但众多珍品历经沧桑,损毁严重。因此对唐卡的数字化保护十分必要。线描图是对唐卡的一种抽象化和矢量化表达,它可以为唐卡的修复、病虫害标注、临摹学习及风格化艺术创作提供底层资源。本课题以藏传佛教唐卡艺术品为研究对象,以线描图为主线,主要研究:(1)符合唐卡宗教语义和画面风格的线描图生成方法;(2)基于线描图指导的破损唐卡修复方法;(3)基于非真实感绘制技术、可体现唐卡线条特性和审美感的线描图风格化创作方法。本课题的研究,首先可以通过线描图为唐卡的数字化保护工作奠定数字资源基础;其次,借助线描图解决实际破损唐卡的数字图像修复问题;最后,从计算机艺术创作的角度赋予唐卡风格化的艺术表达形式。本课题研究不仅有一定的学术价值和应用前景,而且对民族文化传承保护、藏族社会经济的发展也具有重要意义。
英文摘要
As a kind of important Tibetan living culture and intangible cultural heritage, Thangka has become a very important material to study Tibetan history, nationality, folklore, religion, literature and art. It can be called the Tibetan encyclopedia. Due to various reasons, many precious Thangka are seriously damaged in history. Thus it is very necessary and urgent to protect Thangka by using digital image processing technology. Digital line drawing is a kind of vectorized and abstracted expression of Thangka .As a basic data of Thangka, line drawing has important practical significance for protection of Thangka. It can provide data resource and reference material for image inpainting, disease and insect damage labeling, imitation, artistic creation of Thangka. The main research field of this project is line drawing of Thangka. We mainly focus on the following contents: (1) the generating method of Thangka line drawing that in according with religious semantics and visual style of Thangka; (2) the image inpainting method of broken Thangka based on line drawing; (3) the stylized art creation method of Thangka that not only based on non-photorealistic rendering technology, but also can reflect the line’s characteristics and aesthetic sense of Thangka. The purpose of our research work are: firstly it helps to build the foundation for digital protection of Thangka by providing line drawing images; secondly, with the help of line drawing, the repair work of broken Thangka can be improved; finally, it will give Thangka a new art expression style from the perspective of computer aided art creation. This research not only has academic value and application prospects, but also has great significance for the protection of national cultural heritage and the development of Tibetan social economy.
丰富多彩的唐卡艺术作为首批中国重要的非物质文化遗产是今天研究藏族千百年历史、民族、民俗和文学艺术等极其重要的实物资料,堪称藏族的百科全书。但众多珍品历经沧桑,损毁严重,亟待抢救整理。对唐卡进行数字化保护十分必要,但是该工作刚刚起步。本项目以唐卡壁画的数字化保护与修复为目标,主要研究了以下3部分内容:1)破损唐卡壁画的智能快速修复;2)唐卡壁画的线描图自动生成;3)唐卡线描图的风格化创作。在项目执行期间按计划如期完成了上述研究内容,首次在国内外实现了基于机器学习的破损唐卡数字化修复、唐卡线描图自动生成、以及唐卡线描图的自动上色。本项目的研究工作的意义在于:1)有助于推动唐卡壁画的数字化保护和修复;2)有助于唐卡壁画、唐卡线描图等数字资源储备;3)通过对唐卡线描图进行数字化艺术创作,创造新的艺术作品,从而使唐卡艺术焕发出新的生命力和传播力。
