青春期体像不满是引起青少年自尊心低下、抑郁、饮食紊乱、自杀意念形成等心理行为问题的重要因素，探索其发生机制对于预防青少年体像不满、引导其正确认知自身身体具有重要意义。体像不满的发生与社会心理学因素、胎儿期宫内雄性激素暴露水平及青春期性激素水平密切相关，但尚缺乏内分泌-社会心理学机制的综合阐述，也未与青春期发育进程阶段相结合，该课题组前期研究提示不同青春期发育进程阶段体像不满的发生机制可能不同。本课题基于横断面研究和1年期队列研究，以9～15岁儿童青少年为研究对像，测量其身体形态、青春期性征发育指标和体像不满及与体像不满相关的内分泌-社会心理学因素；依据Tanner分期标准分析青春期发育进程阶段，探索不同青春期发育进程阶段体像不满的认知差异、内分泌—社会心理因素对体象不满影效果的差异，揭示不同青春期发育阶段体像不满的内分泌—社会心理学机制，为制定有针对性的体像不满预防措施提供依据。

Body image dissatisfaction during puberty may cause a series of psychological behavior problems, such as lower self-esteem, depression, eating disorders, suicidal ideation. Explore the mechanism of body image dissatisfaction has been very important to effectively prevent body image dissatisfaction, guide children and adolescents to have correct cognition oneself body. There are close association between body image dissatisfaction and social psychology factors, testosterone levels in intrauterine, endocrine sex hormone. However, the comprehensive elaboration of endocrine-social psychology mechanism on body image dissatisfaction has been lack, and the relation the mechanism of body image dissatisfaction with characteristics of pubertal procession stage has not been explored. In addition, our teams have published the result which showed the mechanism of body image dissatisfaction might be different in different pubertal procession stage. In the study, the children and adolescents aged 9～15 years will be selected, and their body parameters, puberty characteristics and endocrine-social psychology factors relating to body image dissatisfaction will be surveyed or measured, the pubertal procession stages will be analyzed by the Tanner standard. The cross-sectional study and one-year cohort study will be carried out to analyze the association between body image dissatisfaction and different pubertal procession, to compare the difference of influence effect of endocrine-social psychology factors on body image dissatisfaction, and to reveal endocrine-social psychology mechanism on body image dissatisfaction in different pubertal procession stages, for preventing body image dissatisfaction to provide the theory basis.
