非接触式测量是齿轮测量发展新方向。面向国家战略需求并应对齿轮光学测量光路易遮挡、齿面微观不连续等挑战,项目充分将投影莫尔的高分辨力、高条纹对比度与相移技术的高精度有机结合,旨在提出一种齿面形貌投影莫尔全场、面结构光表征新方法。该方法在视觉系统上限条件下分析光场,消除原理性误差的影响;通过泛化光学系统,设计测量光路无约束;然后运用分数阶微积分、随机相移和光强传输方程的思想,精细处理数据,抑制测量误差;进而经数据拼接,实现齿面形貌表征;最终融合深度学习理论,补偿系统非线性误差并拓展提出的测量方法。主要研究齿面投影莫尔表述的适应性;齿面条纹图识别能力优化;齿面条纹图特征提取;齿面形貌重构的关键技术。提出的方法为齿轮测量技术开拓新途径,有望建立齿轮整体误差非接触测量的质量控制体系,可大大提高我国工业在线检测、功能表面三维形貌测量水平,并为构建齿轮测量仪器光学面阵测头探索基础原理。

The development of noncontact method for the measurement of gear is the requirement of the national strategies and the development trend of gear measurement technology.Therefore, the project has made research on some crucial problems in this area, and proposes a projection moiré profilometry based method for characterization of integrated gear error by optoelectronic 3D dimension sensing and measurement system. In out method, by relaxing the severe conditions of projection moiré profilometry, the setup good for gear measuring is designed. Then the idea of fractional calculus, random phase shifting and transport of intensity equation is applied to decouple the coupling term of fringe patterns and extract the measured phase. After that, the 3D measurement results is obtained through the reference of gear master. In addition, the proposed system employs a number of advanced approaches, such as: multithread computation and processing, and graphics-processing-unit-based image display. We also use the method of deep learning to simplify and expand our measurement system. In the end, a full field, non-contact and high-precision measurement system for integrated gear error is constructed. The basic principle of it is the combination of the projection moiré profilometry and phase-shift technique. The main research contents are as followed: the construction theory of non-contact setup of integrated gear error; accurate description of fringe pattern by the idea of fractional calculus and method for feature extraction of fringe pattern, non-model analysis methods for fringe pattern, characterization of integrated gear error by projection moiré profilometry. The proposed method will open a new solution to realize 3-D surface reconstruction of gear using projection moiré topography. And make it possible to fulfill the task of measurement in a fast way. It is no doubt that the development level of on line-detection in industry and high-quality 3D shape measurement would be enhanced along with the extensive application and deep researching of this sort of measurement technology. On the other hand, it will explore principles of basic researches for new online optical 3-D shape measurement technology.
