银屑病是一种多基因遗传背景下,受环境因素影响的免疫介导下发生的红斑鳞屑性皮肤疾病，发病率高，严重影响患者身心健康，临床研究显示中医药治疗银屑病是具有一定优势，然而其治疗的作用机制却有待于深入研究。前期研究中，我们发现清热活血解毒方药的含药血清可抑制多种银屑病相关细胞的体外增殖，且能够影响角朊细胞内cAMP水平、CaM、 NF-KB基因的表达，而以上因子是银屑病相关信号传导通路：cAMP信号通路、Ca2+-CaMK、NF-KB信号通路的重要组成部分。因此，我们认为"清热活血解毒法"用靶点可能不仅仅是某一条信号传导通路，而是多条信号传导通路组成的信号传导网络。cAMP元件结合蛋白（CREB）是多条银屑病发病相关信号传导通路交织的节点，可以启动下游信号因子瀑布的释放，参与银屑病的发病，因此我们提出新的研究假说CREB及其信号传导网络可能是"清热活血解毒法"调节信号传导网络，治疗银屑病的关键靶点。

Therefore, we believe that the mechanism of TCM in treating psorisis is complex, it can make function through influence the sigaling network consisting by a number of signal transduction pathway...Even more, the cAMP element binding protein ( CREB ) is a transcription factor and a interwoven node of a plurality of psoriasis related signal transduction pathways. it can activate the release of downstream signaling factor falls. So we propose a new hypothes: CREB and its signal transduction networks may be a key target of treatment of TCM of psoriasis..
