创投网络和创新网络作为创新体系中两个重要子网络，二者互动关系尚未引起学者们关注。本项目基于网络结构视角，以网络开放性和知识多样化为主线，结合社会资本、信号等理论，利用跨案例和logit、负二项分布等分析方法，将创投网络与创新网络互动划分为三阶段，从自中心和整体网络两层面研究二者的互动机理。首先依据创投机构与创新企业互动过程识别创投网络与创新网络互动阶段。其次研究创投公司自中心网络对创新企业自中心网络的影响及创投公司整体网络位置在此影响关系中的调节作用，完成T期研究；研究创新企业自中心网络对创新产出的影响及创新企业整体网络位置在此影响关系中的调节作用，完成T+1期研究；研究企业创新产出对创投网络的影响及创投公司整体网络声誉在此影响关系中的调节作用，完成T+2期研究。最后通过跨案例验证创投网络与创新网络互动机理。本项目弥补创投创新网络研究不足，有利于创投网络与创新网络形成良性互动，促进企业创新

The interaction between venture capital network and innovation network as two important sub-networks in the innovation system has not yet attracted the attention of scholars. Based on the network structural perspective, taking the network openness and knowledge diversification as main line, combining with the theory of social capital and signal, using cross case analysis and logit , negative binomial distribution analysis, the interaction mechanism between venture capital network and innovation network will be studied from two level of ego network and whole network by dividing the interaction process into three stages. .First, based on the interaction between venture capital firms and innovative enterprises, the interactive stage between the venture capital network and innovation network will be identified..And then, the impact of venture capital firm’s ego network on the innovation of enterprise’s ego network will be studied. And the moderating effect of the overall network location of the venture capital firms in this relationship will also be studied. And thus the research of T-period will be completed. The impact of innovation enterprise ego network on the innovation output of enterprises and the moderating effect of the overall network location of innovation enterprise in the relationship will be studied. And thus the study of T+1 stage will be completed. The impact of enterprise innovation output on venture capital network and the moderating effect of venture capital firm's overall network reputation in this relationship will be studied. And thus the study of T+2 stage will be completed. .Finally, the interaction mechanism of venture capital network and innovation network will be verified through the verification case analysis. .The project makes up for the deficiencies of the venture capital, innovation network research. And the project is conducive to form a positive interaction of venture capital and innovation network and promote enterprise innovation.
