中国VC境外投资中本土创投网络与东道国创新网络跨境互动机理研究

在我国大力提倡“走出去”政策背景下，中国创投公司如何利用本土创投网络优势与东道国创新网络形成良性互动成为亟需解决的问题。本项目基于网络嵌入视角，结合社会资本、信号等理论，利用典型案例、logit、连续/平行多中介等方法，将本土创投网络与东道国创新网络互动过程划分为三阶段，以知识搜寻和关系构建为研究主线，从自中心和整体网络两层面研究二者的互动机理：①识别两网络互动阶段，构建理论框架；②研究本土自中心创投网络对东道国自中心创新网络影响机理及整体创投网络分裂断层调节作用,完成T期研究；③研究东道国自中心创新网络对创新质量影响机理及整体创新网络分裂断层调节作用,完成T+1期研究；④研究东道国企业创新质量对本土创投网络影响机理及创投整体网络分裂断层调节作用；⑤研究基于双网络互动机理的网络嵌入有效匹配。本项目加强创投与创新网络研究领域的交叉融合，为促进我国风险投资业发展，分享高端技术成果提供参考。

In the context of China's vigorously promoting "going global" policy, how to use the advantages of local venture capital networks to form positive interactions with the innovation network of the host country has become an urgent problem. Based on the perspective of network embedding, combining social capital, signals and other theories, using typical cases, logit, continuous / parallel multi-intermediaries, etc., this project divides the process of interaction between the local venture capital network and the innovation network of the host country into 3 stages of T,T+1 and T+2. and researches on the interaction mechanism of the two networks from the self-centered and overall network levels with knowledge search and relationship construction as the main research line. ① The stages of two network interaction is identified and a theoretical framework is built. ② The impact mechanism of the local self-centered venture capital network on the self-centered innovation network of host country and the adjustment effect of the divisive faultlines of local overall venture capital network are Researched. And the T stage study is completed ③ The impact mechanism of the host country's self-centered innovation network on the innovation quality and the adjustment effect of overall innovation network the divisive faultlines are researched. And the T+1 stage study is completed ④ The influence mechanism of the enterprise innovation quality of the host country on the local venture capital network and the adjustment effect of the divisive faultlines of local overall venture capital network are researched. ⑤ The choice of network behavior based on the dual network interaction mechanism is researched. This project strengthens the cross integration of venture capital network and innovation network research fields, and provides a reference for promoting the development of China's venture capital industry and sharing high-end technological achievements
