国家公园体制试点区覆盖面积广、涵盖传统保护地类型多、涉及利益相关者关系复杂,其生态系统功能受多重影响因素制约。深刻认识生态系统服务的形成与驱动机制,是调控人类活动并实施生态系统科学管理的关键基础。在此背景下,国家公园体制试点区生态系统服务对多尺度特征因子的响应研究受到重视,但目前研究多集中在服务价值评估层面,缺乏深入的机制探讨,尤其是多尺度的多学科研究。针对这一科学问题,本项目拟以钱江源国家公园体制试点区为例,运用遥感和模型分析、野外样地调查、社会调研等方法,研究国家公园体制试点区生态系统服务对景观格局变化、群落结构和功能性结构、多利益主体行为等特征因子的响应,阐明生态系统服务在景观尺度、群落尺度和行政(决策)尺度间的特征表现,揭示产生和维持国家公园体制试点区生态系统服务的驱动机制,为体制试点完成后国家公园的科学规划、高效设计和合理建设提供科学依据。
英文摘要
The National Park System Pilot Area cover a wide area, cover various types of traditional protected areas, involve the stakeholders with a complicated relationship, and their changes of ecosystem function are influenced by multiple factors. A profound understanding of the formation and driving mechanism of ecosystem services in pilot areas is an important foundation for regulating and controlling human beings’ activities and carrying out scientific management of ecological system. Against this background, the study on the response of ecosystem services of National Park System Pilot Area towards the change of multi-scale characterization factors has been paid high attention. However, at present, much of the research has concentrated upon the lay of ecosystem service value assessment, and there is a short of research on the mechanism,especially the multi-scale and multi-disciplinary study. In allusion to this scientific issue, this project plans to take Qianjiangyuan National Park System Pilot Area as an example, utilizes the methods of remote sensing and model analysis, field survey and social investigation and so forth so as to study the response relationship among the ecosystem services of the National Park System Pilot Area towards landscape pattern change, plant community structure, functionality structure and multi-interest subject behavior game, set forth the characteristic manifestations of ecosystem services among the landscape scale, community scale and administrative scale, and disclose the driving mechanism which produced and has maintained the ecosystem services of National Park System Pilot Area, it provides scientific basis for the scientific planning, efficient design and rational construction of National Parks after the completion of the system pilot.
