近年来我国规模化养猪快速推进,而猪舍通风系统精准调控模式的缺失已成为掣肘现代高效健康养猪的软肋。本项目以我国典型的规模化育肥猪舍为研究对象,采用比例模型、CFD模拟和生产现场试验的方法,针对不同通风类型猪舍,构建基于育肥猪体尺参数、产热模型及猪群分布模式的活动区气流场空间梯度分布及空气流速场预测模型;进而探究典型通风模式下育肥猪个体及群体对流散热过程、规律与关键影响因素,解析其机理,并在CFD全尺寸育肥猪舍数值模拟基础上,构建基于猪的体尺与产热模型及分布的多参数育肥猪群对流散热及其与气流场耦合关系模型;最后,基于统计模型及物理传热过程创建育肥猪体感有效温度指数,并通过猪舍环境参数、育肥猪生理与行为数据进行育肥猪体感有效温度指数的耦合解析,完成指数的验证与优化。基于猪舍气流场分布与猪群散热特征的育肥猪体感有效温度指数,可为我国现代规模化猪舍环境精准调控提供基础理论依据与指导。

In recent years, large-scale pig farming has been developing rapidly in China, and the lack of a precise regulation model of the piggery ventilation system has become a weakness that hinders the precise, intelligent, and efficient regulation of the pig house environment in China. This project takes China's typical large-scale fattening pig houses as research objects, and integrates three research methods, i.e., comprehensive scale model, CFD simulation, and field experiment. First, complete the airflow in the pig's animal occupied zone (AOZ) under different ventilation modes, fattening pig body size, heat production model, and distribution. Construct air velocity prediction functions for AOZ; furtherly, study on convective heat dissipation mechanism of fattening pigs under different ventilation modes using animal heat production models; based on numerical simulations of CFD full-scale fattening pig house, a multi-parameter Function coupling the convective heat dissipation and airflow field of fattening pig house was constructed with a combination of ventilation mode, fattening pig body size and distribution; finally, the somatosensory effective temperature index of the fattening pigs based on statistical and physical heat transfer models is established, and the environmental data of the pig house, physiological data and behavior of the fattening pigs shall be used to complete the coupling analysis of the somatosensory effective temperature index of fattening pigs, and to realize the verification and optimization of the somatosensory temperature index. By analyzing the distribution law of airflow field in fattening pig house and heat dissipation characteristics of grouped pigs, the effective temperature index of fattening pig somatosensory is completed, which provides basic theoretical basis for efficient and accurate ventilation regulation in fattening pig house in China.
