本项目以我国部分创新型企业实践为背景，以持续创新理论、机遇管理理论、决策理论和系统工程理论为基础，运用文本挖掘、技术路线图、可视化表达等技术，构建创新型企业持续创新机遇的决策模式与机制，从而实现提升创新型企业机遇决策能力和水平的目的。本项目的研究对于深化和完善持续创新理论，丰富和发展创新管理和机遇管理理论，具有重要的理论价值。同时，从持续创新的视角研究创新型企业建设也具有一定的理论价值。此外，从企业家心理、企业家精神、企业文化等方面分析影响企业家机遇决策行为的要素，从而设计机遇决策机制，这对于进一步拓展行为决策理论具有重要的理论价值。现实意义方面，研究成果为我国创新型企业，尤其是西部省区企业在持续创新过程中更好地对重大机遇进行识别、评价并做出决策提供较强的借鉴和参考，并为政府管理部门支持创新型企业建设提供理论依据，从而为我国在2020年实现创新型国家的战略目标提供坚实保障，这具有重大意义。

Based on sustainable innovation theory, opportunity management theory, decision-making theory and system engineering theory, applying the methods of text mining, technology roadmap and visual recognition, this project selects some innovative enterprises as cases to analyze the decision-making model of sustainable innovation opportunity and design opportunity decision-making mechanism for innovative enterprises, aiming at improving the decision-making capability of innovative enterprise sustainable innovation opportunities. This research has an important theoretical value in deepening and perfecting the theory of sustainable innovation management and enriching the theory of innovation management and opportunity management. Meanwhile, it also has some theorical value studing building innovative enterprises from the pespective of sustainable innovation. In addition, upon analyzing the affecting factors of opportunity decision-making from the perspectives of entreprenerur's psychology, entrepreneurship, and corporate culture, the project also designs the decision-making mechanism and theoretical system of innovative enterprise's sustainable innovation opportunity, which has an important theoretical significance to further developing behavior decision-making theory. From the pespectives of practical significance, during the process of sustainable innovation, the research results of the project has a significant value to identify, analyze and evaluate and decide the opportunity for those innovative enterprises in China, especially for those in the western region. Furthermore, this project provides theoretical basis and paradigm for the government to support opportunity management practice, which provide guarantee for realizing strategic goal of innovative country before 2020, this has an important practical significance.
