在日语学习中,学习者需要学习大量的日语词汇和语法。由于日语词汇使用大量的汉字,中国日语学习者普遍认为日语语法的学习难度要大于日语词汇。.基于这一现状,本课题运用跨学科的研究方法,构建一个基于人工智能的日语语法智适应学习平台,以帮助中国日语学习者更加快速有效地学习日语语法。具体研究内容包括:(1)提出BERT与BiLSTM-CRF模型相结合的方法,实现日语语法句型的自动识别,为学习者提示日语语法句型知识点;(2)引入日语例句易读性测量作为个性化学习内容的推荐手段,针对日语词汇中大量使用汉字的特点,以语言迁移理论为依据,设计“正迁移词汇”作为重要特征并采用RankNet神经网络排序算法对例句易读性进行测量;(3)借助Web及人工智能等技术,构建日语语法智适应学习平台并评价其有效性。.本研究成果对于丰富日语教学理论与方法体系以及推进日语智慧教学具有重要意义。

In Japanese language learning, learners must study a large number of Japanese words as well as grammars. Because Chinese characters are used in Japanese vocabulary, Chinese-speaking learners of Japanese as a second language find it more difficult to learn Japanese grammar than to learn other Japanese vocabulary..Due to this fact, the interdisciplinary research method is applied in this study to develop an artificial intelligence-assisted Japanese grammar intelligent adaptive learning platform designed specifically for Chinese-speaking learners studying Japanese grammar. The concrete research contents are as follows: (1) The study utilizes a combined BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model to detect Japanese sentence patterns for suggesting Japanese grammar knowledge points for learners; (2) The Japanese sentence readability measurement is introduced as a means of personalized learning content recommendation. According to the characteristics that Chinese characters are used in Japanese vocabulary, this study designs "positive transfer vocabulary" as an important feature based on the language transfer theory and applies a neural network ranking algorithm RankNet to measure Japanese sentence readability; (3) With the help of web and artificial intelligence technology, this study constructs a Japanese grammar intelligent adaptive learning platform and evaluates its effectiveness..The research results are of great significance for enriching the theory and method system of Japanese language education and promoting the intelligence based Japanese language education.
