西部县域大量既有中学校舍空间指标滞后、模式陈旧，受经济及资源等制约品质提升形势严峻。探讨既适应教育理念更新及创新型人才培养之需、又适应地方办学条件的建设标准成为重要课题之一。基于以上背景，研究旨在深入探讨教学需求、把握地方办学基础及可能投入的基础上，参照国家及各地区已有校舍标准，以陕西为例选取一定数量代表性学校，运用建筑计划学方法深入细致调查，建立基础数据库，对其教学行为与空间构成进行定性定量分析，探讨基于空间利用率的构成占比、指标测算、典型案例验证的实施路径。研究内容包括：1、以满足教育教学需求为目标，对西部县域既有中学现状建立类型化研究；2、对适应探究学习和多义公共活动的各类型空间构成进行内容更新；3、基于校舍利用率分析，引入影响因子和调节系数，探讨具有地区适宜性的空间指标。为西部县域既有中学更新改造作设计指导、为地区适宜标准的制定提供科学参考，亦为优化现有国家建设标准提供技术支持。

Lots of existing middle schools in the western counties with lagging spatial indicators and models, the quality improvement situation is severe due to economic and resource constraints. It has become one of the important topics to discuss the construction standards which satisfy the needs of both the updating of educational concepts and the cultivation of innovative talents, as well as the adaptation of local school conditions.Based on the above background, the research aims to deeply discuss the teaching needs, grasps the foundation of local school conditions and possible investment, and refers to the existing school standards in the country and various regions, taking Shaanxi as an example to select a certain amount of representative schools, and uses architectural planning methods to investigate, at the same time, establishes a basic database, conducting a qualitative and quantitative analysis of its teaching behavior and space composition, and explores the implementation path of the composition ratio, index calculation, and typical case verification based on space utilization.The content of the research includes: 1. to meet the needs of education and teaching, establishing a typed research on the current situation of existing middle schools in the western counties; 2. to update the content of various types of space adapted to inquiry learning and polysemy public activities; 3. based on school buildings utilization analysis, introducing influence factors and adjustment coefficients, to explore spatial indicators with regional suitability. Provide design guidance for the renovation and reconstruction of existing middle schools in the western counties, providing scientific reference for the formulation of appropriate regional standards, and provides technical support for the optimization of existing national construction standards.
