推进基本公共卫生服务均等化是“健康中国2030”战略重要举措之一，流动人口基本公共卫生服务有效利用是均等化进程中难点及薄弱环节。已有研究表明，社会融合对流动人口公共服务均等化有显著影响，但在公共卫生服务均等化领域鲜有研究。本研究以社会融合为切入点，以流动儿童健康管理为例，探索社会融合对流动人口基本公共卫生服务利用影响机制。研究使用定量、定性混合设计方案，在界定社会融合内涵、测定维度后，从个体及社区两水平构建分层模型探索其对流动人口社会融合度影响。其后，建立路径递归模型，深入分析社会融合对流动人口基本公共卫生服务利用影响直接效应，并引入其它潜在中介变量，探索社会融合影响间接效应。研究最终旨在基于流动人口个体及社区两水平分别制定精准化、群体性的流动人口社会融合度促进策略，以切实提升流动人口基本公共卫生服务利用水平。研究结果不仅能提升流动人口健康公平性，也为有效促进健康中国建设发挥积极作用。

Promoting the equalization of basic public health services is one of the important measures of the strategy of "Healthy China 2030". Effective utilization of basic public health services for migrants is a key weak point in the equalization process. Social integration has been proved to have a significant impact on the equalization of public services for migrants, but few studies have been conducted in the field of equalization of public health services. Taking the health management of migrant children as an example, this study explores the impact mechanism of social integration on the utilization of basic public health services of migrant population. After defining the concept and measuring dimensions of social integration, this study uses a hierarchical model from the individual and community levels to explore their impact on the social integration of migrant children. Then, a path analysis model was established to analyze the direct effect of social integration on the basic public health services use in migrants, and other potential intermediary variables were introduced to explore the indirect effect of social integration. The ultimate aim of the study is to develop targeting and population strategies to promote social integration of migrants based on individual and community levels, so as to effectively improve the utilization level of basic public health services in migrants. The main findings of this study may not only improve the health equity of migrants, but also play an active role in promoting the development of healthy China.
