针对宁夏旱作区蔬菜区域生产特点,以番茄秸秆废弃物肥料化利用为目标,通过盆栽与田间连续定位还田试验,研究15N标记番茄秸秆堆肥氮生物有效性、供氮特点,堆肥还田后引发的土壤酶活性、土壤微生物种群、多样性变化特征,土壤氮素形态及其组分变化,作物根系生长及氮代谢响应特征,明确堆肥还田氮转化生物学过程,分析堆肥-土壤协同供氮效率及影响因素,探讨堆肥调控根际氮素及其与土壤微生物互做机制,提出日光温室菜田番茄秸秆堆肥还田利用策略,为提高土壤氮利用效率、促进蔬菜废弃物资源化循环利用、菜田固碳减排提供依据。发表学报级学术论文2~3篇,SCI/EI论文1~2篇。

Aiming at the feature of vegetable production in the dry farming area of Ningxia, with the goal of fertilizing and utilizing tomato residues, by potting and field continuous positioning field return experiments, the characteristics of the nitrogen bioavailability and nitrogen supply characteristics of 15N labeled tomato residues compost, soil microbial population, diversity characteristics, soil nitrogen form and composition change, soil enzyme activity, root growth and nitrogen metabolism response characteristics of the crop were measured, to define the biological process of nitrogen conversion in composting, Analysis of compost-soil synergistic nitrogen supply efficiency and influencing factors, Discussion on compost regulation of rhizosphere nitrogen and its interaction with soil microorganisms, Put forward the utilization strategy of tomato residues composting in the greenhouse, In order to improve soil nitrogen use efficiency, promote the recycling of vegetable waste resources, and provide basis for carbon sequestration in vegetable fields.Published 2 to 3 academic papers, 1 to 2 SCI/EI papers.
