孵化器一直是全球促进创新创业和经济增长的主要政策组成部分，我国出台了一系列重要政策支持发展孵化器来推动创新创业发展。然而，很多孵化器主要依靠政府“输血”度日，自身却缺乏持续的“造血”功能。公共型与商业型孵化器解决了资源供给的“有与无”及“多与少”，却尚未破解资源供给质量的“高与低”瓶颈：资源的精准匹配与高效转化。本项目将孵化器重新定义为企业主导通过平台赋能创业者与消费者价值共创，兼具双边市场与孵化属性的“赋能型创业孵化平台”。集成创业孵化平台、赋能、价值共创与孵化绩效等多学科理论，有机结合定性与定量研究方法，打开赋能型创业孵化平台价值共创的“黑箱”：动因、机制与路径，构建一个三阶段（机会识别-机会捕捉-机会拓展）、三主体（创业平台-创业者-消费者）与四环节（驱动因素-赋能机制-价值共创-孵化绩效）整合的理论模型。这对于国家推动双创高质量发展与提升创业孵化平台服务能力具有重要的理论与实践意义

Incubators have always been a significant part of policies to promote global innovation entrepreneurship and economic growth. China has issued a series of necessary policies to support the development of incubators to encourage innovation entrepreneurship. However, many incubators lack the continuous "hematopoietic" function and mainly rely on the government's "blood transfusion" to survive. Public and commercial incubators have solved "with and without" and "more and less" problems for the resource supply, but have not yet solved the bottleneck of "high and low" of resource supply quality: the accurate matching and efficient transformation of resources. This project redefines the incubator as an "enabling business incubation platform" that combines the two-sided market and incubation properties to enables entrepreneurs and consumers to co-creation value through the platform led by enterprises. We integrate multidisciplinary theory such as business incubation platform、 enable、values co-creation and incubation performance and organic combine the qualitative and quantitative research methods to build a theoretical integration model. Which include three phases (opportunity recognition- opportunity capture-opportunity expand), three main subjects(entrepreneurial platform-entrepreneurs-consumers) and four links (drivers-enable mechanism-value co-creation-incubation performance) to open the "black box" of enabling entrepreneurship incubation platform value co-creation: motivation、mechanism and path. This project has important theoretical and practical significance for the country to promote the high-quality development of innovation entrepreneurship and improve the service capacity of entrepreneurship incubation platform.
