规划思想与经验跨国传播机理研究

文化多极扩散与跨国传播是当前趋势。有鉴于：第一，规划思想与经验国际传播的理论、规律、机制在国际上仍是尚待解决的科学问题，国内研究也刚刚起步；第二，中国在城市规划和建设当中积累了许多独特经验、正在成为新的思想发源地；第三，当前国内外城乡规划专业在学科发展上存在国际逆差，亟需完善学科体系，研究规划思想跨国传播机理变得迫切且重要。本研究以城乡规划学为出发点，通过演绎和归纳两条路径，从多学科视角分析规划思想与实践经验的跨国传播。① 以新文化史和思想史学方法解析传播历程；② 以传播学方法结合规划思想与经验的特征研究传播规律，探讨传播的起源机制、传播机制和落地机制；③ 以文献计量学方法绘制传播的知识图谱，以此综合形成跨国传播机理。④ 同时通过案例分析对机理进行验证，并通过反馈对其进行修正。研究旨在激发对传播的规律和动力机制的更多探讨，推动中国规划知识和经验“走出去”，促进规划学科体系的系统建立和完善。

Recent trends have been towards the multipolar spread and transnational diffusion of the culture. Considering that, first, the scientific question that what are the law and mechanism of the transnational diffusion of planning ideas and experience remains to be resolved; second, many accumulated specific experiences within the process of the development and planning of Chinese cities make China a new and key source of generating planning knowledge; third, the requirement to improve the Chinese urban planning disciplinary system given the development deficit between the system of China and that of the western countries, there is an urgent need to study the transnational diffusion of planning ideas and experiences. Based on the subject of urban planning, this research program studies the transnational diffusion of planning ideas and practical experiences from multi-disciplinary perspectives through deduction and induction with consideration of the intellectual characteristics of planning ideas and experiences. The research program plans: (1) to explore the historical course of the transnational and cross-cultural diffusion with the methods of new cultural history and intellectual history; (2) to study the law of diffusion, and to analyze the original, diffusional, and landing mechanism of the diffusion by the methods in communication studies; (3) to render the knowledge map by means of the bibliometric, so that the general diffusion mechanism of the planning ideas and experiences could be reached; (4) and to feedback and revise the mechanism with case studies. The research program aims to stimulate more study on the law and motivation mechanism of the transnational diffusion, to promote the worldwide spread of Chinese planning knowledge and experiences, and to improve the systemization of Chinese urban and rural planning discipline.
