城乡规划史学科性质研究：发展机理与研究框架

一级学科城乡规划学正处于快速发展和全面建设时期，城乡规划史（简称规划史）是城乡规划学下的二级学科，任务是对城乡规划的发展过程与演变规律进行探究。它不仅是城乡规划学不可或缺的内容，也是其成熟、完善的标志之一。但当前研究缺乏对规划史学科发展机理的不同视角的深入探究、对学科性质的系统研究、对研究方法的全面概括和对新趋势的总体判别。本项目的创新性在于：①研究视角上从学科沿革、研究者身份、研究文献等多个角度，并综合历时性、传播分析和文献学方法解析城乡规划史学科发展机理；②研究思路上，从由内而外的两个层次和多个亚层分析城乡规划史研究架构，同时利用了类型学、比较研究和相关性分析方法。该研究有助于明晰城乡规划史学科的特点并保持其学科独立性、有利于推动城乡规划史理论及方法论的研究，有助于导正处于上升发展时期的城乡规划史学科的系统建立与完善，这对于促进一级学科城乡规划学的良性发展和健全具有基础性的理论意义。

As a first grade discipline, urban and rural planning is currently rapidly improving and comprehensively developing. Urban and rural planning history ('planning history' for short) is a second grad discipline in the disciplinary system of urban and rural planning, whose main task is to study the development process and evolution law of urban and rural planning. It is not only an indispensable part of, but also a sign of maturity for the discipline of planning. However, current studies lack in-depth and multi-angled exploration on the development mechanism of the discipline of planning history. Studies on the systematic research on disciplinary characters, overall summary on research methodology and judgment on the emerging research trend are insufficient as well. The novelty of this study lies in that, firstly, it is a multidimensional research on the development mechanism of the discipline of planning history which is from the perspectives of the discipline itself, identity of researchers and research literatures, and diachronic, communicative and bibliographic methods are integrated used; secondly, it is a multifaceted research on the research framework from inside to outside, and typological, comparative methods and correlation analysis are adopted. This study will hopefully contribute to clarify the disciplinary characters of the discipline of urban and rural planning history and maintain its disciplinary independence. It will help to promote research on urban and rural planning theory and methodology. It will also benefit the systematic establishment and improvement of the planning history discipline which is in the upswing. All these have fundamentally theoretical significance in promoting the well-development of the first grade discipline, urban and rural planning.
