Spare-part management plays an important role in all the repairing management in power plants as well as the key factor to the improvement of logistic efficiency of the system. In the environment of supply chain management, power plants should attach great importance to the competition between supply chains and the partnership and its strategies have evolved to be the key factors to the improvement of competitiveness. The inventory models should cover not only the inbound inventory but also the multi-stage inventories since the inventories of different firms in the supply chain have impacts on each other. This project has studied on the integrated supply system strategy of power plants for spare-parts, the partnership and its strategies between power plant and its suppliers, the layout and operation plan for the logistic system of spare-parts, the inventory control system and optimization models for spare-parts of power plants and information management platform of e-supply chain of spare-parts for power plants.
